Hi!

My name is Héctor, and I’m a first-year law student at UC Davis School of Law. I’m a University of California, Santa Barbara alumnus. I majored in English and minored in writing, and I dedicated most of my college professional life to journalism. I lived on a small island in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan for three years after graduation.

This website used to be a professional portfolio, but I’ve changed it to reflect a personal blog instead. I used to write a little about living in Japan. Now, I think I’ll stick to writing about books that I’ve recently enjoyed (and perhaps an occasional post on law school).
